Lost in the World
1) The general premise of the video is that in today's world, people have become absorbed in technology and the media. People have become materialistic and no longer care about other people or the world around them. 2) I think the video is effective in conveying it's intended message. It tries to show how people have changed through the use of technology, no longer caring about others. The video shows all of the people that are hurt or affected by this. 3) I think that this is more an examination of our current social situation than a cautionary story. I think this because all of the events shown in this video already happen today. It could be cautionary, but more of a wake up call to people who behave like this attempting to get them to recognize that their actions are destructive.

The fear is of not being good enough and I feel as if you portrayed this extremely well. The expression and way that you eye yourself in the mirror shows that you are criticizing and questioning yourself. The use of the mirror also is a good edition as someone that had the fear of imperfection would constantly be looking at themselves in the mirror. I felt like you may have been able to place the text in a better spot maybe if you had the lipstick streak bigger you could have placed it on there.
ReplyDeleteI am guessing this is the fear of being insecure or not good enough. I thought this was very well done and this person successfully portrayed the meaning of their image. One thing they could of done is maybe placing the lettering in lipstick across the mirror, just for a fun idea.
ReplyDeleteThis is such a dope shot and I feel like the fear of not being good enough was potrayed very well in this picture. I have no negative criticism, its was a great shot :)
ReplyDeleteI think that this is the fear of not being good enough or the fear of messing up.
ReplyDeleteI think that this was well done because of the context of the image, as well as the the camera angle.
I think that the one thing I would change about this picture is the lighting, or change of the location of the name of the fear.
